Two will be presented at a time, but you will only be able to pick one a week. Every Monday, the board will display new quests. If you already have a quest active, you can accept another one. Be sure you can finish them both though! You need use the shipping box to get achievements related to selling stuff. For example, ship 15 of every crop. Except for sunflower seeds, everything else is cheaper at Pierre's, so it's not worth buying from Joja even if you have some memey hate for Pierrre or whatever..
